Adding Links to Your Menu in WordPress
You can link your site’s menu items to pages, blog posts, or even external websites.
Step 1 – Log in to WordPress
From WHMCS or /wp-admin, log in to your WordPress dashboard.

Step 2 – Go to Appearance → Menus
In the left-hand WordPress menu, click Appearance, then Menus.


Step 3 – Select the Correct Menu
Choose the menu you want to update (e.g., Primary Menu) and click Select.

Step 4 – Add a Page Link

In the left-hand column, check the box next to the page you want.

Click Add to Menu.
The new page link will appear at the bottom of your menu structure.


Step 5 – Add a Blog Post or Category Link
Switch to the Posts or Categories tab.
Check what you want to add, then click Add to Menu.

Step 6 – Add a Custom Link

Click Custom Links in the left-hand menu.

Enter the full URL (e.g.,
https://example.com). -
Enter the Link Text you want to display.

Click Add to Menu.

Step 7 – Save Your Menu
Drag and drop items to the correct order, then click Save Menu.

Additional Notes

Custom links are perfect for linking to external sites or documents.

Indent links slightly to create dropdown menus.

Always test links after saving to ensure they go to the correct destination.
