How to Reset Your WHMCS Client Portal Password
If you’ve forgotten your password, don’t worry — it’s quick and easy to reset. Just follow the steps below to regain access to your WHMCS client portal.
Step 1 – Go to the Client Portal Login Page
Open your browser and go to the client portal login page.
Step 2 – Click on Forgot Password?
On the login screen, click the Forgot Password? link under the login form.
Step 3 – Enter Your Registered Email Address
Type in the email address linked to your client account and click Submit.
Step 4 – Check Your Email
You’ll receive an email with a secure link to reset your password. Click the link inside the email.
⚠️ If you don’t see the email within 5 minutes, check your Spam or Junk folder.
Step 5 – Create Your New Password
On the reset page, enter your new password and confirm it. Make sure it’s something secure but memorable.
Confirmation
Once saved, you’ll see a success message. You can now log in with your new password.
