Editing Contact Forms in Divi
All LFW sites use Divi’s built-in Contact Form Module. You can easily update fields, labels, and email settings to make sure enquiries reach the right inbox.
Step 1 – Enable the Visual Builder
Go to the page with your contact form and click Enable Visual Builder in the WordPress admin bar.

Step 2 – Open the Contact Form Settings
Hover over the contact form and click the gear icon to open the Contact Form Settings Panel.

Step 3 – Edit Form Fields
In the Content tab → Fields:
-
Add a new field by clicking + Add New Field.
-
Edit existing fields (e.g., Name, Email, Message) by clicking their gear icon.
-
Update the Field ID (used for email labels).

Step 4 – Configure Email Settings
In the Content tab → Email:
-
Enter the Email Address where submissions should go.
-
Adjust the Message Pattern if you want to control how the email looks.

Step 5 – Add a Success Message or Redirect
Scroll down in the Content tab → Success Message:
-
Write the text users see after submitting (e.g., “Thanks for reaching out!”).
Or, set a Redirect URL if you want them sent to a thank-you page.

Step 6 – Style the Form
In the Design tab, you can adjust:
-
Input field colours and borders.
-
Button styles.
-
Text sizes and spacing.

Step 7 – Save & Test the Form
Click the green checkmark, then Save (bottom-right purple circle).
Exit the Visual Builder and test the form to make sure submissions arrive at the correct email.

Additional Notes
-
Double-check spam folders if emails don’t arrive.
-
For multiple recipients, use a comma-separated list of email addresses.
-
Submissions can also be viewed inside WordPress (see [Checking Form Submissions]).
