Checking Form Submissions in Divi

All LFW sites use Divi’s default Contact Form Module. Submissions are sent by email, but you can also view them directly inside WordPress for peace of mind.

Step 1 – Log in to WordPress

From WHMCS or /wp-admin, log in to your WordPress dashboard.

Step 2 – Go to the Contact Form Submissions

In the left-hand WordPress menu, click Divi → Contact Form (this is where submissions are stored).

Step 3 – View Submissions

Here you’ll see a list of form entries.
Click any entry to expand and read the full submission, including all fields filled in by the user.

Step 4 – Search or Filter Submissions (Optional)

Use the search bar or filters to quickly find specific entries.

Step 5 – Manage Submissions

  • Export: Some setups allow exporting submissions to CSV.

  • Delete: Old submissions can be removed if no longer needed.

Step 6 – Cross-Check with Email

Remember, submissions are also emailed to the address you set in the Contact Form settings.
If emails aren’t arriving, check here first to confirm the form is working.

Additional Notes

  • Always test a form after making edits to confirm delivery.

  • If entries aren’t showing here, check that the form is a Divi default form and not replaced by another plugin.

  • Encourage clients to whitelist the sending email address to avoid spam filtering.
